The lovely pharmacist very kindly went out of his way to help me get some medication that was difficult to get ...he went above and beyond even drove to Fareham for me ...very kind and helpful ...thank you again for your extreme kindness and help

I don't know what has happened since the new owners have taken over this pharmacy, but online prescriptions are being fulfilled within hours, there is a text service that notifies you when they are ready for collection and the pharmacist advice is knowledgeable, clear and helpful. (I also think the new uniforms are very smart, but I know that is pretty frivolous) The staff are, as before, warm, supportive and kind, but thanks to the new owners for such a quick and noticeable improvement in this pharmacy service. It is very much appreciated.

Popped in today after ordering a repeat prescription & wasn't sure how I'd be notified after the change in ownership. Happy to say that it was there ready for me despite the changeover, the new owner came through and introduced himself, made me really welcome. I was getting HRT and he helped me there & then sign up for a yearly service to help save me money instead of paying monthly. Very happy at this & a great service. Thank you.

This independent pharmacy really do treat customers with such care!Ali the pharmacist went out of his way to track down a rogue prescription and I believe it came from genuine empathy and desire to help.All the staff are really friendly and caring and they have never been out of stock or anything I’ve needed.
